Classics, Skinny Dip Essentials)
Note: One demo candle at 1/2
price can be ordered for every 12 ordered at
regular wholesale prices. Order demo candles useing the

Sensual
Edible Candles $7.00

Suggested Retail: $14.95+ (typical pricing
$14.95 to $16.95)
Case quantity is 12.

Conditions
*
Wholesale pricing is available to qualified resellers
only. Federal Tax ID or Sale Tax number must be
provided and will be kept on
file.
* We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit
cards, as well as prepayment by business check. We regret
that we are unable to offer net terms at this
time.
* Our products may not be sold
on the internet without our explicit permission to do so. While
permission is generally granted, there are conditions that must
be met to keep us in compliance with the FDA, and to protect
our trademark and reputation. Please contact us to
discuss.
* Resellers, whether retail
stores or independent distributors, may not use the
trademarked Skinny Dip Candle name in advertising, promotional
materials, or elsewhere without pre-approval. We
generally do grant approval, but there are conditions that must
be met. Please contact us to
discuss.
* In no way should it be
stated or implied that a reseller is the owner, creator or
manufacturer of Skinny Dip Candles. Doing so will result in the
loss of future wholesale purchasing rights and potential legal
consequences.
* Resellers are responsible
for paying all sales taxes related to resale of Skinny Dip
Candles or any other
products.
*
Orders are generally filled within 5-7 working days,
usually sooner. However, due to fluctuations in orders
coming in, please allow up to three weeks for fulfillment
and delivery, and up to four weeks during the holiday
season. Expedited delivery is available upon request for
an additional charge.
* We diligently strive for a problem-free delivery, but in the
event that a problem occurs, please notify us within 10 days of
receipt so that we may promptly issue replacements. Please
retain all boxes and packaging materials. We regret that
claims made after the 10 day reporting period cannot be
honored.
* We generally ship wholesale
orders by Fed Ex Ground from Missoula,
Montana. During hot weather, orders are only shipped
on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure delivery prior to
weekends. Due to the low melt point of our products,
merchandise can melt if stored for an extended
period in a non-climate controlled environment (i.e. a hot
delivery truck that sits over a weekend).
* Orders must be placed in minimum
quantities noted for each product in order to receive
wholesale pricing. Orders placed online that do not meet our
minimums will be help until we can reach the customer to
correct ordering quantity discrepancies. Please
double-check your order to ensure that minimums have been
met to avoid having your order delayed in
processing.
* We
use flat rate shipping based on shipping
history. Please be aware that the greatest shipping
economies on a per unit basis are realized when you
order more than one case. Each additional case order
will result in incremental savings on a per unit
basis.
