2. In 200 words or less (please adhere to this limit) -- Tell us why your nominee deserves to win a Pamper Prize from Skinny Dip Candles.

3. Provide YOUR name (as person nominating) along with your email address and phone number in case your nominee wins.

4. Submit your entry by October 15, 2009.

One nomination per person. Submissions will be judged by staff at Skinny Dip Candles and a team of volunteer judges of our choice. Winners selections are made at the discretion of Skinny Dip Candles and all decisions are final. Winners will be
announced via our online newsletter on October 22, 2009.
