Ordering Skinny Dip Candles^tm

*  We are pleased to accept secure online payment using a PayPal shopping cart.  We accept debit cards, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards when processed through the PayPal system. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to use our shopping cart. PayPal also accepts eChecks from those who do have PayPal accounts, although we will hold your order until the check clears the system.

Shipping Skinny Dip Candles

*  We ship retail orders from Missoula, Montana by USPS Priority Mail (2 -3 day delivery). Generally, retail orders are shipped within 2 business days. However, during hot weather, Skinny Dip Candles are only shipped on certain days to ensure delivery prior to weekends. Due to their unique ingredients and low melt-point, Skinny Dip Candles can melt if left for an extended period in a non-climate controlled environment. For this reason, it is possible that your shipment may be held for a few days to ensure that it is shipped and received in a timely fashion without risking extended exposure to extreme temperatures when held in transit over weekends. 

*  We diligently strive for a problem-free delivery, but in the event that a problem occurs, please notify us within 10 days of receipt so that we may promptly issue replacements or otherwise remedy your situation. Please retain all boxes and packaging materials.  We regret that claims made after the 10 day reporting period cannot be honored.

Flat Fee U. S. Shipping

We generally ship our retail orders by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Because we save time and expense when shipping multiple products in the same order, we pass those savings on to you. Shipping is definitely most cost effective on a per unit basis when multiple candles are ordered at the same time.  Following are fees for shipping within the United Statesbased on the total dollar amount of an order.

International Shipping

We will gladly ship internationally, although the flat fee shipping will not apply.  We are happy to provide you with a shipping quote prior to placing an order -- just call us or send us an email letting us know which product and how many of each you plan to order. Once orders are placed, you will pay by PayPal for your products ONLY. You will be billed separately by PayPal invoice to cover actual shipping charges to your particular international destination. International orders are sent by First Class Mail to keep shipping fees as reasonable as possible. If an alternative shipping method is desired, let us know so that we can quote you associated fees and bill you accordingly.Please contact us by email with your order and we will respond with your shipping rates.
